Vienna venues expect high attendance for upcoming concerts

Major concert venues in Vienna are preparing for significant crowds in November and December 2026. At the Wiener Stadthalle, the simultaneous scheduling of performances by André Rieu and Peter Cornelius on Saturday, November 7, is expected to attract up to 13,000 visitors.

André Rieu will perform with his Johann Strauss Orchestra in Hall D, while Peter Cornelius will present his “!ZEiTLOS!” tour in Hall F. The ARBÖ has issued warnings regarding potential traffic congestion and parking difficulties around the Stadthalle during the late afternoon and following the conclusion of the events.

Additionally, the Gasometer will host a Red Bull Jukebox event featuring the Austrian pop singer RIAN on December 8. This performance allows audience members to influence the setlist and style of the show through online voting.
