Viet Nam News Agency and Mexican Labour Party release new book

The Viet Nam News Agency (VNA) and the Labour Party of Mexico (PT) have jointly released a bilingual English-Spanish book titled ‘The Aspiration for a Strong and Prosperous Viet Nam in the New Era’. The book was presented in Mexico on October 8, 2026.

The 856-page publication features 46 selected articles and speeches delivered by To Lam, the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam and President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, from August 2024 to the present. The collection outlines the strategic vision and political thought of the Communist Party of Viet Nam regarding national development, including economic sustainability, technological innovation, and social policy.

The book is organized into four sections: building a strong political system, creating drivers for economic development, centering policies on the people, and maintaining peace and security to elevate Viet Nam’s international standing.
