Vietcombank hosts forum to connect Singaporean investors to Vietnam

Vietcombank, in collaboration with the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF), hosted the Vietnam Business Forum in Singapore. The event, themed ‘Vietnam – A Business Bright Spot in the Asia-Pacific Region’, aimed to connect Singaporean investors with expansion opportunities in Vietnam.

During the forum, representatives from Vietcombank provided assessments of Vietnam’s 2026 macroeconomic landscape, highlighting the country’s resilience against global fluctuations. Key growth drivers identified include stable growth rates, an expanding market scale, active FDI disbursement, increased public investment, and rapid urbanization.

Discussions focused on Vietnam’s increasing attractiveness within ASEAN, particularly in industrial manufacturing, high technology, and private credit markets. Vietcombank and its ecosystem, including Vietcombank Securities (VCBS) and Vietcombank Fund Management (VCBF), participated in deep-dive sessions to assist Singaporean businesses in market access and risk management.
