VietinBank and ACB push digital finance solutions for Vietnamese SMEs

VietinBank took part in the TikTok Agency Partner Vietnam Summit 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City, presenting a range of digital‑banking products for online sellers and creators. The bank highlighted services such as eKYC account opening, the iShopPro sales‑management app and modern payment solutions to help small merchants manage cash flow and grow on e‑commerce platforms.

At the SME Dialogue 2026 conference in Hanoi, Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) discussed the challenges faced by Vietnam’s small and medium‑size enterprises. With about 95 % of Vietnamese firms classified as SMEs, only roughly 16 % can secure bank loans. ACB emphasised the need for low‑cost compliance tools, easier access to capital and support for digital accounting and invoicing platforms, aligning with broader policy reforms aimed at streamlining taxation, customs and investment procedures.
