Vietnam advances digital transformation in education and land management

Digital transformation initiatives are being implemented across different sectors in Vietnam, focusing on education and land management.

At Phan Boi Chau Secondary School in Hanoi, Principal Chu Thi Thu Huong is leading a digital transition strategy. The school aims to build a digital learning environment by prioritizing human skill development over mere tool adoption. The school's approach emphasizes using technology and AI to support, rather than replace, human thinking, while remaining cautious of risks such as misinformation, data security, and digital ethics.

In Tuyen Quang Province, researcher Nguyen Dinh Trung from the Vietnam National University of Agriculture has conducted a study on building a centralized land price database. The project aims to transition from scattered information to a structured digital platform to better manage land data. The research involved surveying residential areas and commercial zones in several wards, collecting data from 500 participants to integrate land characteristics and market prices into management software.
