Vietnam Airlines and Givral launch Mid-Autumn mooncake collections

Vietnamese brands are introducing new Mid-Autumn Festival collections, blending traditional flavors with modern culinary trends.

Vietnam Airlines has launched its LOTUSDELI mooncake collection, produced by Vietnam Airlines Caterers (VACS). The collection features artisanal mooncakes made to strict airline catering standards. Flavors include modern lava-style fillings such as Green Tea, Chocolate, and Mung Bean, alongside premium options like Tiramisu Cheese, Yuzu, and Roasted Chicken with Salted Egg.

Givral, a bakery brand established in 1950, has unveiled its 2026 Mid-Autumn collection. Inspired by the changing colors of maple leaves, the collection uses color transitions—from green to yellow to red—to symbolize the stages of relationships, ranging from initial connection to deep companionship.
