Vietnam and Russia expand Russian language and cultural exchange programs

Vietnam and Russia are expanding educational and cultural cooperation through specialized Russian language programs. Moscow State Linguistic University (MSLU), supported by the Russian Federal Agency for Cooperation, has launched the international project ‘Russian in Vietnam: Dialogue between Cultures’. This initiative offers free training sessions, workshops, and practical classes led by MSLU experts across several Vietnamese cities, including Hanoi, Da Nang, Hue, and Ho Chi Minh City.

Additionally, a recent international education program titled ‘Uchu Velikomu’ and ‘Uchus Velikomu’ concluded in Moscow. The program, organized by the Russian Ministry of Education and Herzen University, included delegates from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Education. The training focused on modernizing Russian language instruction by integrating digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) into lesson design, aiming to enhance the professional capacity of Vietnamese educators in the digital age.
