Vietnam and Russia to boost high-tech and human resource cooperation

Vietnam and Russia are working to strengthen cooperation in high technology, human resource training, and scientific research. Proposals include increasing cooperation between educational institutions, selecting strategic technology fields for long-term programs, training engineers, exchanging experts, and conducting joint research projects.
