Vietnam authorities support industrial enterprises with legal and infrastructure guidance
Authorities in Vietnam are implementing measures to support industrial enterprises through legal education and infrastructure improvements. In Phu Tho and Hoa Binh provinces, the Industrial Zones Management Board organized a conference for over 200 businesses to disseminate new environmental protection laws. The training focused on legal compliance, waste treatment operations, greenhouse gas emission reduction strategies, and incident response to help companies mitigate legal risks and enhance competitive advantages in international markets.
In Da Nang, the local government is working to resolve bottlenecks affecting business growth. While the city reported positive economic indicators for the first ten months of 2026, including a 10.1% increase in the industrial production index and a 12.03% rise in export turnover, challenges remain regarding land access, capital, and labor. Da Nang officials are prioritizing site clearance to create clean land for industrial zones and free trade zones, while also streamlining administrative procedures to attract domestic and foreign investment.
