Vietnam cities revise land valuation and auction plans

The People's Committee of Nam Ward in Nha Trang (Khánh Hòa Province) has asked the provincial authority to apply specific land prices for compensation in seven projects. Five projects already have approved prices, while two – the Tắc River downstream phase 2 and police housing – are awaiting price determination. The projects include a mixed‑use urban area, a provincial police headquarters, school and vocational training infrastructure, a fire‑service command centre and an expansion of the provincial multi‑specialty hospital.

In Ho Chi Minh City, the People's Committee amended Decision 3598/QĐ‑UBND to revise the auction plan for eight land parcels in the new Thủ Thiêm urban area, coordinating with An Khánh Ward and relevant agencies. The amendment updates parcel designations and sizes for service, residential and commercial land while keeping other aspects of the original plan unchanged. The auction will be overseen by the City’s Land Fund Development Centre after review by the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
