Vietnam Education Publishing House expands textbook supply for remote schools

The Vietnam Education Publishing House (NXBGDVN) has significantly expanded its distribution of educational materials to support the new school year. As of early September, the publisher has released 228 million textbooks and 84 million workbooks and reference books, with orders exceeding initial plans by over 150%.

Special emphasis has been placed on ensuring supply to remote, border, and island regions. All 108 boarding schools in border areas have received their required textbooks. Additionally, the publisher donated approximately 60,000 books, valued at nearly 1.7 billion VND, to various provinces including Lao Cai, Lang Son, and Dien Bien.

In a specific initiative for the 2026-2027 school year, NXBGDVN donated 200 million VND worth of reference books to the libraries of three boarding schools in border areas: Thanh Nua, Thanh Yen, and Sam Mun. This donation was presented during opening ceremonies attended by officials from the Ministry of Education and Training.
