Vietnam educational authorities conduct management and leadership training
Educational authorities in Vietnam are conducting training programs to enhance management and leadership skills within the school system.
In the Hòa Bình region, a training program was organized for 150 students and 235 educators and administrators. The curriculum focused on youth union leadership, communication, and the application of artificial intelligence in media work. Additionally, sessions for management staff covered school social work, entrepreneurship, and school health services, including food safety and tobacco prevention.
In Điện Biên, the Department of Education and Training held a workshop for 201 delegates, including school principals and local officials. The training aimed to resolve management challenges following school reorganizations. Key topics included student policy implementation, data management, food safety in collective kitchens, and the administration of school sponsorships and fees. Principals specifically received guidance on managing large-scale schools with multiple campuses and developing comprehensive educational plans.
