Vietnam emphasizes cadre work and grassroots engagement

The Communist Party of Vietnam is emphasizing the critical role of cadre work in strengthening the party and the political system. Through various resolutions and directives, such as Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW and Regulation No. 50-QĐ/TW, the party aims to ensure transparency, accountability, and professional training for officials at all levels.

Recent efforts focus on connecting party leadership with grassroots reality. In Vinh Tuong commune, local leaders have been actively participating in village-level party cell meetings to directly address community concerns. This approach includes on-site inspections to resolve local issues regarding infrastructure, such as road repairs, drainage systems, and traffic safety, aiming to improve public trust and administrative efficiency.
