Vietnam expands trade reach through An Giang exports and Kim Long Motor shipments

Vietnam is expanding its international trade and manufacturing footprint through regional cooperation and new exports. At CAEXPO 2026, the province of An Giang was selected for the ‘Charming Cities’ showcase. An Giang officials, led by Chairman Ho Van Mung, met with leaders from the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to discuss deepening cooperation, specifically seeking to increase access for An Giang’s agricultural and aquatic products, such as rice and fruit, into the Chinese market.

In the automotive sector, Kim Long Motor has completed its first export of finished electric buses to Thailand. This shipment, transported via a dedicated roll-on/roll-off vessel, marks the manufacturer’s first entry into an international market and represents a significant step in the company’s logistics and export operations.
