Vietnam expands wellness tourism with new health-focused developments
Vietnam is seeing a rise in specialized wellness and eco-tourism developments. In Da Nang, the Vinhomes Hai Van Bay project is establishing a health-focused ecosystem. This includes the 1.4-hectare Zen Healing Park at Dao Ngoc and the Malibu Wellness Hub at Vinh May, offering amenities such as Japanese-style meditation gardens and mineral spas integrated into a 290-hectare green landscape.
Separately, in Tuyen Quang province, authorities are planning a 120-hectare integrated tourism and sports complex centered around the Quang Ngan hot spring. The site features natural thermal water reaching approximately 70°C. The provincial government is seeking investment to develop this area into a high-end wellness destination, utilizing detailed 1/500 scale planning to ensure environmental protection and landscape preservation.
