Vietnam Fatherland Front and SABECO launch 2026 Fire Starter Awards

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, SABECO, and Dai Doan Ket Newspaper have officially launched the 2026 ‘Fire Starter Awards’. The program aims to honor individuals who create positive changes in the community through practical actions, spreading a spirit of dedication to help build Vietnam’s future.

Building on the success of the first season, the 2026 awards will expand its scope to include more generations and diverse fields. There is a specific focus on increasing participation from the younger generation and recognizing new types of contributions, such as technological applications, agricultural solutions, and innovations in design, materials, or traditional crafts.

To improve objectivity and community engagement, the program has introduced new voting methods via SMS and refined its evaluation mechanisms. The launch event was attended by Cao Xuan Thao, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, along with other representatives.
