He experienced severe pain, loss of joint stability and near‑total immobility. Doctors warned that self‑manipulation can delay proper treatment, increase the risk of ligament, cartilage and bone damage, lead to chronic instability and may require surgery. Early medical assessment is essential to preserve joint function and prevent long‑term complications.

In a separate case, a 36‑year‑old office worker who habitually wore tight underwear and trousers developed persistent itching, moisture and a mild fungal infection in the groin area. Examination showed no testicular pain or swelling, and semen analysis was normal. Physicians explained that tight clothing raises scrotal temperature and creates a humid environment, which can cause discomfort and fungal growth, though it does not directly cause infertility. They recommended wearing looser, breathable garments and maintaining good personal hygiene to alleviate symptoms and prevent recurrence.
