Vietnam honors veteran Party members with 80-year badges

Across various provinces in Vietnam, ceremonies were held to award Party Badges to veteran members in honor of the 81st National Day. Several individuals were recognized for reaching the milestone of 80 years of Party membership.

In Gia Lai, Politburo member Nguyễn Thanh Nghị presented the 80-year badge to Phan Ngọc Bích and Huỳnh Thị Cạnh. In Cần Thơ, Đoàn Minh Huấn presented the honor to Phạm Duy Khương, a revolutionary active since 1945. In Hanoi, Colonel Nguyễn Văn Vưu, a former Deputy Director of the Logistics Department, was also honored for his 80 years of service.

In Ho Chi Minh City, National Assembly Chairman Trần Thanh Mẫn attended ceremonies to present badges ranging from 60 to 80 years to veterans in several wards. Officials emphasized that these awards recognize the lifelong dedication, loyalty, and contributions of these members to the nation's revolutionary cause and development.
