Vietnam implements community support models and youth development seminars

In Quang Ngai, a community initiative titled “Save for oneself, give to those in need” has been implemented by local officials and militia members. Participants voluntarily reduce personal expenditures to contribute to funds such as the “Compassion Rice Jar” and “Comrade Fund.” These resources are used to provide livelihoods for disadvantaged households, including the distribution of seedlings, livestock, and assistance with home repairs.

In Hanoi, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and other central organizations held a seminar focused on the theme of “Aspiration for Dedication according to Uncle Ho’s Will.” The discussion emphasized the importance of the younger generation contributing through knowledge, science, technology, and social responsibility to ensure sustainable national development. The event aimed to translate ideological study into practical actions for youth cadres and members.
