Vietnam implements Party resolutions to drive economic and educational growth

Various regions in Vietnam are implementing Communist Party resolutions to drive economic and social development. In Lao Cai, the application of the “6 rõ” principle has contributed to a 9.09% increase in GRDP for the first nine months of 2026, with state budget revenue reaching nearly 16,000 billion VND. The province also ranks among the top three in the country for public investment disbursement rates.

In the education sector, Resolution 71-NQ/TW, issued on August 22, 2025, focuses on breakthroughs in education and training. The policy identifies education as a top national priority, positioning the learner as the center and the teacher as the decisive factor in quality. This strategic direction is being applied at the local level, such as in Ninh Binh, to transform classroom methodologies and foster student engagement.
