Vietnam implements personnel changes in several provinces and Ho Chi Minh City

Between October 19 and 25, various administrative and political personnel appointments and reassignments were implemented across several Vietnamese provinces and Ho Chi Minh City.

In Lao Cai, Phan Dang Toan was elected as the Chairman of the Provincial Inspection Committee for the 2025–2030 term. Additionally, Luong Hoang Giang was appointed to the Provincial Party Committee.

Hat Tinh province saw the appointment of Colonel Pham Van Sam as the Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command. Meanwhile, in Ca Mau, Nguyen Van Nguyen, Director of the Department of Education and Training, was designated to join the Provincial Party Committee.

In Ho Chi Minh City, several leadership roles were filled, including Tran Chi Trung as Deputy Director of the Department of Construction and Chau Vi Tuan as Deputy Director of the Department of Justice. Other appointments included leadership changes within the city's urban railway management and various district-level administrative roles.
