Vietnam implements political organizational reforms and youth recruitment

In Vietnam, regional authorities are implementing various strategies to strengthen political leadership and organizational structures. In Tay Ninh province, the Provincial Party Committee has announced the pilot establishment of two new Party committees: one for the Fatherland Front and mass organizations, and another for the Provincial People's Council. This move aims to align local organizational models with central guidelines, ensuring direct and comprehensive leadership over these bodies.

Simultaneously, efforts to rejuvenate the Party through student recruitment are being highlighted. In Phu Tho province, authorities are focusing on developing young members to ensure continuity. Notably, Vinh Phuc Specialized High School has seen a significant increase in student Party members, growing from two students admitted in the 2022-2023 academic year to 30 students for the 2025-2026 period.
