Vietnam Central Inspection Commission proposes discipline for Cao Bang officials

The Central Inspection Commission of Vietnam has proposed that the Secretariat consider disciplinary action against two former officials in Cao Bang province: Trịnh Trường Huy and Nguyễn Ngọc Thư.

Trịnh Trường Huy is the former Vice Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee, and Nguyễn Ngọc Thư is the former Director of the Department of Education and Training. The Commission cited political, ethical, and lifestyle degradation, as well as violations of Party regulations and state laws during the performance of their duties.

The Commission noted that their actions, which included failures in anti-corruption and anti-waste efforts, resulted in serious consequences and negatively impacted the reputation of local party and government organizations.
