Vietnam introduces interactive light art installations in Hanoi and Ba Na Hills
New light art installations are enhancing cultural and tourism experiences in Vietnam. In Hanoi, the “Sacred Veins of Hoan Kiem Lake” program utilized 3D Mapping technology on an ancient banyan tree near Hoan Kiem Lake to commemorate the Capital Liberation Day. The performance combined visual arts, light, and sound to tell historical and cultural stories of the Thang Long - Hanoi region, aiming to promote the creative night economy.
In Sun World Ba Na Hills, the Lumiere Light Art interactive space has been introduced. Located in a cave area, the installation uses optoelectronic sensors to allow visitors to interact with the light displays through movement and touch. The experience features seven distinct zones, including Eternal Light, Seven-Colored Jellyfish, and Aurora, blending contemporary art with digital technology to create an immersive environment.
