HDBank and Vikki Digital Bank commit 124.5 trillion VND to Southeast region

At a conference organized by the State Bank of Vietnam and the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, HDBank and Vikki Digital Bank pledged 124.5 trillion VND to support key infrastructure, financial, and urban projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai.

The funding includes 50 trillion VND for the International Financial Center (VIFC-HCMC) project in Ho Chi Minh City. An additional 74.5 trillion VND is designated for three projects in Dong Nai, covering smart city infrastructure, a 60-story financial center, and a knowledge urban area. The banks also committed to co-financing the Metro Line 4-5 project in Ho Chi Minh City.

The conference, titled “Banking Sector Accompanies to Unblock Financial-Banking Resources for Southeast Region Growth 2026-2030,” aimed to mobilize capital and improve investment efficiency for essential works in the region.
