Vietnam-Korea friendship strengthened through humanitarian aid

The Vietnam-Korea Friendship Association and the Association of Koreans who Love Vietnam (VESAMO) are expanding community connections to deepen bilateral relations. A key focus of these efforts is humanitarian support for victims of Agent Orange/dioxin.

In Hanoi, VESAMO provided $3,000 to help construct a ‘Compassion House’ for Cao Khanh Hoa, a 75-year-old victim, and offered livelihood support to 10 other families in the region. This initiative is part of a broader program running from 2018 to 2026, which has previously provided housing and financial aid to families in Binh Duong, Binh Dinh, Lao Cai, Dak Lak, and Khanh Hoa.
