Vietnam lottery winner Bui Van Manh scores second prize after 83bn VND jackpot

Bui Van Manh, a 1981‑born resident of Ben Cat, Ho Chi Minh City, won the Vietlott Power 6/55 jackpot of 83,559,176,100 VND on 26 May and publicly disclosed his identity. He later claimed a first‑prize prize of 30 million VND per ticket for 30 tickets in a Binh Thuan draw on 18 June. On 22 June, after the southern Vietnam lottery results were released, Lê Phước Tính of the An Khang ticket agency announced that Manh also won a third‑prize prize of 10 million VND on 16 tickets (series 76666) in Ho Chi Minh City.

Separately, two other jackpot winners were identified for the 20 June southern draw: a Ho Chi Minh City ticket (number 569733) won in Tây Ninh and was redeemed at the Ty Phú agency in Mỹ Lộc; a Long An ticket (number 686902) won in Đồng Tháp and was first redeemed at an agency in Cai Bè, with a later customer using the Phú Vinh agency in Vĩnh Long for cash payout.
