Vietnam ministry lists e‑commerce platforms with 3 million users

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, via its Department of E‑commerce and Digital Economy, published a list of platforms that reported at least 3 million active user accounts in the country for the year 2025.

The nine platforms named are Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Tiki, Grab, Zalo Mini App, ShopeeFood, Xanh SM and Be. The information is based on mandatory periodic reports from the companies and is recorded in the national e‑commerce activity management system, with the list to be refreshed as new data are supplied.
