Vietnam National Academy of Music hosts Resonantia concert

The Resonantia concert took place on October 24 at the Grand Concert Hall of the Vietnam National Academy of Music in Hanoi. Organized by the Faculty of Vocal Music, the event serves as a precursor to the academy’s 70th anniversary celebrations (1956–2026).

The program featured a diverse selection of classical opera and operetta excerpts, including works by Puccini, Verdi, Mozart, Donizetti, and Tchaikovsky. The performance was divided into two parts, transitioning from romantic and lyrical themes to more dramatic and humorous musical styles.

Leading vocalists included Đào Tố Loan, Trường Linh, NSƯT Lan Anh, and NSƯT Phương Nga, alongside students and alumni of the faculty. The Hanoi Philharmonic Orchestra accompanied the singers under the direction of conductor Trần Nhật Minh. The event was attended and supported by academy leadership, including Director Nguyễn Huy Phương and Deputy Director Bùi Công Duy.
