Vietnam National Assembly Chairman signs seven organizational resolutions

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man has signed seven resolutions issued by the National Assembly Standing Committee regarding personnel and organizational matters in Vietnam.

Key organizational changes include the establishment of the People's Courts and People's Procuracies for Quang Ninh City and Bac Ninh City, which will succeed their respective provincial counterparts. The Quang Ninh restructuring is set to take effect on September 1, 2026, while the Bac Ninh restructuring will take effect on September 20, 2026.

Additionally, a steering committee has been formed to organize the second Lawmaking Forum, led by Chairman Tran Thanh Man and Vice Chairman Nguyen Khac Dinh. Other resolutions address adjustments to the National Judge Selection and Supervision Council, changes to parliamentary delegation activities for individual members, and amendments to spending regulations for National Assembly operations.
