The National Assembly is expected to consider approximately 45 draft laws and resolutions during its next session. To ensure quality, a specialized conference of delegates recently focused on 17 complex draft laws, acting as a ‘quality filter’ to identify bottlenecks before final decisions.

Key legislative areas include the amended Land Law, which is being designed around seven policy groups to improve planning and compensation mechanisms. Additionally, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung has highlighted the necessity of science, technology, and innovation as primary drivers for economic growth. The Government is preparing to submit 95 documents and reports to the National Assembly to facilitate these legislative processes.
