Vietnam PUBG Mobile team secures two top finishes at ASIAD 20

The Vietnam National PUBG Mobile esports team has made a strong start at ASIAD 20, securing two first-place finishes during the first day of competition. This performance placed the team in fourth position on the leaderboard with 51 points, providing momentum heading into the remaining six matches.

The national squad is composed entirely of core members from the professional organization Team Flash, including players HàDè, Bowz, Topz, Win, and Zhius, led by coach Cii. This roster enters the tournament following a successful 2026 season, which included a seventh-place finish at the PUBG Mobile World Cup and a domestic championship in the PMSL Fall season.

ASIAD 20 marks the second consecutive continental multi-sport event to include esports as an official medal category. The Vietnamese team's participation aims to build on the organization's history of success in regional games like the SEA Games.
