Vietnam pushes to complete highway land handover and issues housing certificates in Bình Dương

The Ho Chi Minh City‑Chơn Thành highway component 1 has handed over more than 260 ha of land, covering about 80 % of the route. Measurements are 99.9 % complete, compensation plans have been approved for 1,582 cases and payments made to 1,364 households, with total disbursements of VND 7.253 trillion out of the VND 8.283 trillion budget. Authorities aim to clear 100 % of the land by 30 Sept 2026, but remaining challenges include unresolved legal disputes, unpaid compensation for 291 households and delays in relocating high‑voltage power lines and substations.

In Bình Dương, the Task Force 1645 chaired by Nguyễn Toàn Thắng cleared obstacles and approved property certificates for thousands of apartments and townhouses across multiple projects. The approvals cover more than 2,500 units from the Bcons group and additional units from the Hướng Dương, Đồi Ben, and Phước Lộc Thọ developments, following fire‑safety inspections and final construction acceptance.

Both actions are part of broader government efforts to resolve land‑related issues, facilitate infrastructure construction and secure legal title for residential buyers.
