Vietnam Real Estate Broker Awards 2026 to use data-driven evaluations

The Vietnam Real Estate Broker Awards 2026 will feature 62 categories, including 54 awards for individuals and 8 for businesses. The program has expanded its scope to include corporate recognition and will place a greater emphasis on data-driven evaluations.

Evaluations for individual brokers will be based on activity data from the Batdongsan.com.vn platform. The criteria consist of five key groups: quality (professional certification), experience (years of activity on the platform), efficiency (customer contact rates), activity levels (number of listings and promotion frequency), and reputation (verified and video listings). Total scores will be converted to a 100-point scale to determine rankings across national and regional categories.
