Vietnam reviews education progress and promotes youth digital transformation

In Ha Tinh province, Chairman Phan Thien Dinh is preparing for a dialogue with local youth scheduled for mid-October. The conference, themed ‘Accompanying Ha Tinh youth in entrepreneurship, career establishment, innovation, and pioneering digital transformation’, aims to address challenges regarding youth development policies, employment, and vocational training.

The event will also focus on promoting digital transformation, including digital government, digital economy, and digital society. It seeks to encourage youth to apply science and technology to economic activities and support the community in adopting digital platforms for production and public services.

Separately, the Ministry of Education and Training held a high-level conference involving 34 provinces and cities to review the first month of the new school year. Minister Hoang Minh Son emphasized the need for stable operations, ensuring sufficient teaching staff, safe school meals, and accurate data management.

The ministry is focusing on transitioning from educational management to educational development governance, following government directives to resolve issues such as teacher shortages and textbook supply while implementing new organizational models for educational institutions.
