Vietnam robot vacuum market reaches 2,400 billion VND

The robot vacuum and mop market in Vietnam has experienced significant growth, reaching a total revenue of 2,400 billion VND in the 12-month period ending June 2026. This represents a 137% increase in value compared to the previous year, signaling a shift from these devices being viewed as expensive toys to essential household appliances.

Consumer behavior is moving rapidly toward the premium segment, with devices priced above 15 million VND seeing the fastest growth. Modern consumers are prioritizing high-end, “all-in-one” features such as 3D mapping, AI obstacle recognition, high-pressure mopping, and automated docking stations capable of self-cleaning, drying mops, and emptying dust.

Chinese brands currently dominate the Vietnamese market, with the top five companies holding over 90% of the market share. Ecovacs leads the sector, accounting for 34% of market value and 31.8% of volume, followed by other major players including Xiaomi, Roborock, and Dreame.
