Vietnam strengthens community security and ideological protection

Local authorities in Vietnam are intensifying efforts to maintain social order and ideological security through community-based initiatives. In Quang Ninh, following administrative restructuring, 624 newly established villages and residential groups are working to stabilize organizations and implement security tasks. These groups are revising local conventions and charters to foster self-management and combat social evils, utilizing social media and public meetings to gather community feedback.

In Lam Dong province, political systems are focusing on protecting the Party's ideological foundation, particularly within ethnic minority areas. This effort aims to counter sophisticated disinformation and ‘peaceful evolution’ strategies employed by hostile forces, which increasingly utilize artificial intelligence to spread fake information and incite unrest. Local leaders are working to ensure stability and support production for residents in resettlement areas to maintain social cohesion.
