This preventive approach aims to clarify misunderstandings before they escalate. Officials are also innovating communication methods by using concise, visual, and accessible content tailored for social media users.

In regions such as Can Tho and Vinh Long, local leaders have noted the extreme speed at which rumors—such as those regarding administrative mergers—can spread. Experts highlight that in the digital age, a delay of even a few hours in providing official responses can allow unverified content to shape public perception. The goal is to balance speed with accuracy, ensuring that official responses are transparent and responsible to maintain public trust.
