Vietnam strengthens Party leadership in non-state enterprises and Da Nang Port

In Phu Tho province, efforts to strengthen Party organizations and membership within non-state enterprises are being prioritized to enhance leadership in the economic sector. The province currently hosts 245 Party organizations within non-state businesses, including joint-stock companies, private enterprises, limited liability companies, and foreign-invested enterprises, representing over 6,000 members.

Simultaneously, Da Nang Port is marking 125 years of operation, evolving from its establishment in 1901 into a major national multipurpose seaport and a key logistics hub for the East-West Economic Corridor. The port's leadership, including Party Secretary and General Director Tran Le Tuan, is focusing on innovation and digital transformation to maintain growth despite global economic instability and geopolitical competition. The port's Party committee currently consists of 277 members across 21 organizations.
