Vietnam tax authority enhances eTax Mobile for taxpayer feedback

The Vietnamese tax authority has rolled out updates to its eTax Mobile application, allowing taxpayers to submit and monitor feedback on tax obligations directly from smartphones, attach supporting documents in formats such as Word, PDF, JPG and PNG, and receive real‑time notifications of processing results.

The app now displays a colour‑coded status (red for processing, green for completed), provides a one‑year history of submissions, and the agency continues to collect public input to further refine the service and promote digital government.
