Vietnam to hold military parade for Communist Party's 100th anniversary

Vietnam has announced plans to hold national-level celebrations and a military parade to mark the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 3, 2030. The event is scheduled to take place at Ba Dinh Square in Hanoi.

The Ministry of National Defense will lead the organization of the military parade and march-past, coordinating with the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Hanoi administration, and other relevant agencies. The ceremony will be conducted under the auspices of the Party Central Committee, the National Assembly, the State President, the government, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

In addition to the parade, the anniversary will include meetings to honor veteran officials, individuals with meritorious service to the revolution, and former senior Party and state leaders. The Party General Secretary is expected to deliver a speech during the ceremony.
