Vietnam Tourism Roadshow held in Amsterdam to boost European connections
The Vietnam Tourism Roadshow was held in Amsterdam, Netherlands, to promote Vietnam’s cultural values and tourism potential to European partners. The event aimed to strengthen tourism connections and expand cooperation between the two nations through destination promotion, cultural performances, and business networking.
Organized by the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism, Vietnam Airlines, and the Vietnamese Embassy in the Netherlands, the program included the announcement of the 'Ten Thousand Miles of Flowers' tourism connection initiative. Representatives from Vietnam Airlines and Fox Reizen also signed cooperation memorandums during the event.
Cultural elements were central to the promotion, featuring an 'Ao Dai' fashion collection by designer Vu Viet Ha and traditional music by Hmong Khen artist Ly Minh Cuong. The choice of Amsterdam as a venue highlights the importance of the Netherlands as a major economic partner and a central logistics and tourism hub in Europe.
