Vietnam traffic accidents kill five across Hanoi and Phú Thọ

Two separate motorcycle accidents in Hanoi on the night of June 22 – 23 caused three deaths and two injuries. One crash on Lê Trọng Tấn street involved a motorbike that veered onto the sidewalk, killing two young men and injuring a teenager. A second crash near the Thanh Xuân tunnel involved a rider and a passenger, killing the rider and wounding the passenger.

Later on June 22, a collision between a car and an electric scooter in Thượng Thái village, Phú Thọ province resulted in the deaths of two siblings aged five and four. Local officials and community members provided financial assistance to the victims' family and are investigating the causes of both incidents.
