The event highlighted the Union’s new vision and action plan for the digital era, emphasizing self‑reliance, creativity, ambition, and future‑orientation. Leaders such as Bùi Quang Huy and Nguyễn Minh Triết outlined goals for the 2026‑2031 term, including strengthening ideological education, boosting scientific‑technical competence, supporting entrepreneurship, and enhancing youth participation in national development.

Behind the scenes, a corps of volunteers wearing blue shirts from the Vietnam Youth Academy ensured the congress ran smoothly.
