Vietnamese banks receive multiple international and domestic honors

Several Vietnamese financial institutions have been recognized for excellence in various sectors. Techcombank has been named ‘Best Bank in Vietnam 2026’ by Global Finance for the third consecutive year, joining a list of top Asian institutions including DBS Bank and MUFG. The bank reported a 23.7% increase in pre-tax profit for the first nine months of 2026.

SHB received the Straight Through Processing (STP) Award from Citibank, recognizing its 100% standard in international payment transaction processing and digital transformation efforts. Meanwhile, NCB was honored in seven categories at the ‘Enterprise of Choice 2026’ program, including recognition for sustainable development and being a preferred employer for younger generations.

Additionally, Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) has announced its role as the Title Sponsor for the 41st Golden Disc Awards, marking the first time the major Asian music awards will be held in Vietnam.
