Mạnh Quỳnh, 55, showcases his US home and garden

Vietnamese Bolero singer Mạnh Quỳnh, whose real name is Nguyễn Thanh Dũng, turned 55 and has been praised for his youthful appearance and continued vocal strength. After moving to the United States in 1992, first to New York and later to Minnesota, he studied computer science while honing his singing and guitar skills. He began his professional music career in 1996, recording for the Bình Dương “Beautiful Woman” music center and later joining the largest overseas Vietnamese music label in 1999, becoming a leading figure in the golden‑era Bolero scene. His collaborations with late singer Phi Nhung created a celebrated duet partnership, and he has also performed with Như Quỳnh and Hương Thủy.

In a recent video, Quỳnh gave fans a rare glimpse of the garden behind his American residence, showing a neatly arranged space with miniature landscapes and a small balcony for relaxation and songwriting. The clip sparked curiosity about his lifestyle and property, highlighting the success of a Vietnamese artist thriving abroad.
