One of the featured titles, ‘Practical Strategic Management’ by Dr. Trần Quốc Việt, draws on over 30 years of executive experience at major companies such as Biti’s, Kinh Đô, Mondelez Vietnam, and Ecopark. The book emphasizes that strategy is only valuable when translated into action and results, providing a framework for businesses to navigate rapidly changing markets and technological shifts in Vietnam.
