Vietnamese circus duo wins Silver at Minsk International Festival

Vietnamese circus artists Thanh Hoa and Hien Phuoc have won the Silver Award at the 4th Minsk International Festival of Circus Arts held in Belarus. Their winning performance, titled ‘Moment of Love’, is a duo straps act that requires high technical precision, strength, and emotional expression.

The festival, which took place from September 17 to 20 at the National Circus of Belarus, featured 31 acts from 21 different countries. This achievement follows the duo's previous success in 2023, when the same performance earned a Gold Medal at the International Circus Festival in Kazakhstan.

Representing the Ho Chi Minh City Arts Center, the artists performed under the professional guidance of People's Artist Luu Thi Bich Lien. Thanh Hoa noted that returning to the international stage was a significant personal challenge, as she resumed training only 10 months after giving birth.
