Vietnamese communities advance through resettlement and cultural development

Communities in Vietnam are experiencing significant social and structural shifts through resettlement and cultural development initiatives. In Sán Trá, Hạnh Phúc Commune, 18 households have successfully transitioned to a new resettlement area following emergency evacuations caused by severe storms and landslides in October 2025. The new settlement provides residents with stable housing, electricity, clean water, and land plots of at least 300 square meters, offering long-term security against natural disasters.

Simultaneously, in Hợp Lý Commune, local residents are advancing cultural and rural development programs. Following the merger of three villages into the new Tùy Sơn village, community members have contributed funds for new cultural centers and donated land to expand local infrastructure. These efforts have resulted in high rates of cultural family participation and increased engagement in community sports and social activities.
