Vietnamese communities launch environmental cleanup and beautification campaigns

Local communities across various provinces in Vietnam are conducting environmental cleanup and beautification activities. In Hàm Thạnh Commune, Lam Dong, over 300 people participated in a campaign to collect waste, clear brush, and improve the landscape along main roads. As part of the initiative, more than 600 trees were planted along route DT718, supported by local businesses. Additionally, 30 scholarships were donated to underprivileged students during the event.

In Cao Bằng province, women's unions in multiple communes, including Vinh Quý and Tam Kim, organized large-scale cleaning efforts to prepare for National Day on September 2. These activities involved clearing village roads, cleaning residential areas, and maintaining border patrol routes in coordination with border guard stations. The efforts aim to improve local landscapes and support national security management through cleaner and more accessible border paths.
